The Process

We adopt a 3 phase approach for all types of projects.

The following is an example for a web site project and is adapted accordingly for other types of work.

Phase-01:

Requirements analysis, concept design & Finalise Project Plan

» Requirements Analysis includes:

» Exploring and evaluating
» What the client wants
» What the business needs
» What the brand objectives are
» Review any existing systems

» Generate ideas and agree a project plan
» Sign-off Project Plan

 

Phase-02:

Design, develop, test and demo

» Produce a design mock-up: This eliminates any design changes during development
» Tailor the site to the specific requirements agreed
» Deliver the site for user acceptance testing (error checking and spellings etc)

 

Phase-03:

Modify, deliver and sign-off

» This is the “go-live” stage, where the site is made live for all to see and ready to use
» Agree project closure and sign-off
